In the oven

Its now in the oven at 375 degrees breast down.  I will flip it over after an hour and baste it every 30 minutes (thanks Anne!).  I’m a little nervous about the gravy.  We’ll get to that in a couple of hours.

I’ve also been snacking on a pecan shortbread crusted “pie” for the past hour or so.  Pictures to come…if it makes it.
